Mr. Anders G. Hovelsrud, a 51-year-old Norwegian with 30 years of maritime industry experience, specializes in marine insurance. With degrees in Nautical Science, Shipping Finance, and an Executive MBA, he began his career as a Navigational Officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy and later held leadership roles at Norwegian Hull Club and Skuld. Since 2017, he has been CUO at DNK, overseeing reinsurance, crisis response, and product development, including digital initiatives. He has served on the Cefor board since 2016 and is currently Chairman.
