Christopher Read is an experienced insurance leader, with over 30 years of industry expertise. He started his career as an underwriter at RSA Insurance and since then has held insurance roles at AXA, HSBC and EY, including a spell in Hong Kong as Managing Director of AXA General Insurance Hong Kong. In 2019 he joined AXA XL’s UK and Lloyd’s business as Chief Operating Officer and heads up their industry leading market and digital transformation initiatives.
