Jenny is a legal director at HFW specialising in marine insurance coverage issues and policy drafting.  She advises both insurers and insureds in relation to disputes under H&M, war risks and kidnap and ransom policies, as well as advising on P&I coverage issues and brokers’ liability.  Jenny is advising in relation to a number of disputes involving the detention of vessels in Ukraine.
