Thomas, a Norwegian national, is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of international experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on maritime and specialty lines.

Since 2020, he has served as Director of the Hull Division at Cambiaso Risso’s London office, where he specialises in managing worldwide direct client relationships. He also oversees the placement of large and complex marine risk solutions with Lloyd’s and international insurance markets.

Thomas began his career in maritime insurance in the 1990s at CR’s headquarters in Italy. Over the years, he has held senior leadership positions including Director at AON UK and Senior Vice President at Marsh Nordics, before rejoining Cambiaso Risso and relocating to London.

With his deep industry knowledge and extensive international background, Thomas brings significant value to Cambiaso Risso’s global network – contributing not only to the strategic growth of the London hub, but also supporting its broader operations across key markets.
